Plex Addon for Kodi

Server Version#: 1.18.7.2457 (unRAID (Linux))

I run Plex on OSMC on a Vero 4k+. It in turn runs Kodi (18.5).

I use the offical Plex Addon but in reading around, it does not appear much work is done on the official Kodi Addon anymore? Is that true?

Has anyone forked on the Plex Addon and perhaps has a more active versions? Just wondering. May even consider fork my own to make some tweaks I want…

Thanks @croneter - I am keen to keep the Plex look and feel. Been using it for years. Is that possible? I had looked at PKC but really wanted to stick with Plex - just updated more often?

You can customize Kodi to your liking with different skins. I’m not aware though that there is a skin imitating Plex. I personally use Arctic Zephyr and like it a lot

My nephew sorted a temp fix while he figures out a permanent solution. A variable has been removed from a server response when transcoding is required and it breaks the add on.

Does it support Collection ? It’s the only thing that is really missing for me with the original addon :confused:
And by the way, what are the differences with yours ? :slight_smile:

Yes, PlexKodiConnect supports collections.
