This issue may be related to Plex media server 1.23.0.4438 unable to access server content (could not resolve host plex.tv) - Plex Media Server - Plex Forum. I’m not sure.
I tried setting the VERSION variable in the plex docker container to an older version ex: 1.22.3.4392-d7c624def but that does not seem to have any affect. When I go into the web ui it continues to show 1.23.1.4571
