Evening all, for the last few months, my media library does not get updated automatically. I have the Plex movie agent enabled and when a media is added the option states no matches found. I have changed the setting to movie database which works but I get a prompt to say upgrade the media library. Plex tells users to use the Plex movie against but this clearly seems to be broken. Has anyone got a fix besides restarting the server every time! Thanks
So the version I have is Version 4.121.1 (shows up on my server settings in the web version) so what do I need to do?
That is the version for the Plex Web client.
PMS version is in Settings → Server_Name → General.
Ok so if I install the latest beta version should this fix the issue with the agent? And are there any setbacks with this new beta version as I don’t usually like installing something that isn’t the stable version.
