Hi,
Just purchased and installed a new Gen 2 Echo Show. When I ask Alexa to open Plex, she responds; “Plex doesn’t support that.”
Have the latest version of Plex Media Server on my Mac and have disabled and re-enabled the Plex skill in the Alexa app.
Stumped. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
