After Latest Update, Plex Shows No Content on Android – Blank Libraries

Hi Plex team and community,
After the latest update, I’m facing a major issue on my Android device. The app opens normally, but no media content is being displayed in any of the libraries — not even thumbnails or listings. It just shows the library headers, but everything below is completely blank (as shown in the attached screenshot).
Details:
- Device: [e.g. Android TV / Samsung Galaxy / Xiaomi box]
- Android Version: [e.g. Android 11 / 12]
- Plex App Version: [e.g. 9.11.0.X]
- Plex Server: Running on [e.g. Windows 11 / NAS]
- Network: Same Wi-Fi – local server connection
- Other devices (web, PC, iOS) display everything normally
What I’ve tried so far:
- Cleared app cache and storage
- Reinstalled the app
- Signed out and back in
- Checked server settings and access
- Switched between different users/libraries
- Restarted both server and client devices
Still, nothing loads — just empty shelves with no content.
This issue began right after the most recent app update.
