PLEX provided content not showing on Android TV

PLEX Content ie movies and shows, live TV, web shows, podcasts, etc. not showing on TV. But appear fine on PC using same server.

My movies stored on the server show up.

server version 4.59.2 Sony Bravia Android TV

Do you have those online media sources pinned to the main navigation / sidebar or might they be „hidden“ under More > Plex?

The menu items are there. When I navigate to them it just shows “No Items to display” as in the other people’s examples on the other thread. Thanks.

I am experiencing the same problem, I have tried updating both client app on the (Philips) Android TV and updating the server on my Synology NAS, checked that the user PlexMediaServer has sufficient rights but nothing so far has helped to solve this.
