This is my first post so I’m sorry If I am missing important information to troubleshoot.
I moved my plex server files to a new drive on my truenas (I wanted all my apps running on my new nvme drive) and had to reinstall plex server. Since doing this all of my plex apps running on fireTVs and Apple TVs cannot access the server. I can get to the server from my computer using its ip and port but none of my apps can connect. I don’t have a backup of my config I used before that worked fine.
I have added the ip [http://localip:324000 ] (with local ip being the actual numbers) to my custom server access urls. I checked that list of ip addresses and networks allowed without authorization are correct and I have restarted my router a few times. I also set up (I think) port forwarding on my router and was able to get remote access working but I was limited to only 320p streaming on all the apps. I have a static ip address on my truenas set as well. secure connections is set to preferred. Any thing else I can try to get this to work?
