Hi, I’ve recently purchased a Philips 65ML919 which is a 4K Dolby Vision TV with all the bells and whistles.
However, the Plex app doesn’t seem to support anything over 1080p 264 stereo aac, wich is another way to say that it’s useless.
Why is that the generic version detects the platform is Titan, but doesn’t make full use of the TV’s capabilities? Can I force the app to do so or it simply won’t care about the hardware it’s running on?
Is there a plan to support the platform in a future? (We can’t call this app “support for” by any stretch of imagination).
