Oh man, not sure when it started to work but it has to be recent, so happy to see Subtitle search in the Plex App for English movies with Foreign language only subtitles actually working now 
Thank you to all involved in getting that working. With some of the Subtitle sites going down it was getting hard to find Foreign Only subtitle files, it’s usually All or None
