I am unable to successfully open my plex app home page on my firetv. When I select my username a page comes up saying “uh Oh… Somethings not right”. I have spoken to a couple other members that are apart of my library and they are having issues with the insignia fire tv app as well. Some can get in and view tv shows but the movie library will show as empty or not found. I am able to access the plex library through my other devices such as LG TV and PC. I have already performed a restart and shutdown of my tv and synology server plus I tried uninstalling a reinstalling the app on the tv but still same issue. This seems to have occured with the latest fire tv update which I currently have version FIRE OS 7.7.1.3. I am thinking that I might have to wait for the next software update to come down to resolve the issue. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
