I’ve not been able to use my Plex server for around a week now since this new update has been released on the fire stick.
nothing would click, I uninstalled the app and since then I am now stuck on the log on screen unable to click.
This appears to be massive wide spread, why hasn’t this been fixed. Why hasn’t a rollback been issued? Why is Plex sitting on their hands pretending this isn’t happening?
I love.. loved Plex. Wonder how lifetime or monthly users will go requesting a partial refund for this disastrous update.
Strange, billing said they have teams all over the forum helping people with any technical issues..
Tumbleweed here tho.
With the lack of details like specific fire tv device and missing logs this looked like another rant thread especially with the idle threat of partial refund.

Not what you want to hear but the app focus is somewhere else and you have to keep pressing direction keys till you get it back to the login elements.
Alternatively you can download the Amazon remote app on your phone to do the same.
