I couldn’t and playstation 4 section to post this.
When I load up the app on ps4 it shows a loading screen with plex, then it goes to s black screen and nothing happens.
I have deleted the app reinstalled, I have even gone as far as wiping my ps4 hard drive and reinstalling the app still does the same thing, I have restarting my plex server. I have ran out of ideas now any suggestions???
I just loaded it up again on mine and haven’t been able to reproduce. When the Plex logo is showing does it show the version number in the bottom right corner?
FYI The Plex for PlayStation 4 app is still in preview period for Plex Pass holders so it won’t let you sign in. That why you cannot see Playstation section of forums ( though it still should not load to a black screen, so i am not saying getting a subscription will solve )
