When I start Plex on the PS4 it’s just a black screen. This seems to go on indefinitely.
Hi there. Does the issue persist if you uninstall and reinstall the app? Does it happen if you sign in with a different user? Does the black screen remain visible forever or is there an error message displayed after a minute or so?
