Server Version#: 1.13.4.5271-200287a06 (running on Synology) Hardwired network.
Player Version#: Various.
Starting Plex app on Bravia results in an error: ‘Please check your internet connection’
Diagnostics report everything good.
Other apps connect fine to the internet e.g. YouTube.
Desktop app connects fine to Plex. Browser connects fine also.
I can only assume it’s maybe related to authentication somehow. This following the the previous issue of ‘something went wrong…’
Please help! I’m about to give up on Plex altogether; it seems to have become very unstable of late.
