I cannot find either of these on the app or in browser. However the app is the most recent version in the Apple App store. I hope this helps.
I purchased the one time fee plex pass on November 12th, 2019 to be able to stream on my IOS devices. However when using the app on IPad, I am being told i must purchase it again or pay a monthly subscription. I am using the same plex account for both devices alongside the same Apple ID on both devices that I used to pay with. I have not been given an option to try and re-verify my purchase. I have my receipt still from apple showing my purchase details. I would like to use the service I paid for.
