Plex has the potential of helping audiobook lovers come together in using this app.
We love plex because all our media is in one place, we watch movies, series, listen to music and some of us would like to listen to audiobook in the car or public transport and pick-up where we left off when we get home, maybe on the TV app.
Currently .mp3 (and probably other audio formats) can be added only in Music category or else the files are invisible to other library categories.
An audiobook should also have features like:
Track which files you played so far
Pick-up where you left off
Play the files not only chronologically, but by Disks also.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
Therefore this one is closed, to prevent spreading the votes across several threads, even though they vote for the same (or at least very similar thing).
