Synology plex server. 32 GB memory, 8 Core, 2.5 Gb interfaces (Trunked)
Streaming locally. (WIn 11, 32 core AMD Ryzen 9, 96 GB memory, two RTX GPUs 1, smaller Nivida) - 2.5 Gb ethernet
Local stream from synology media share. Plex buffers a small file (20 MB) about 10 times whilst streaming to the local Windows machine. Makes for a terrible expereince.
Synology says, all is good. Windows says, all is good. Network switches, all is good. Troubleshooting browsers, (Multiple, firefox, edge, chrome) same issue. Firefox sometimes says, (Check your iNet source) The video files is a small music video. not even impressive (480.320) standard MP4 encoding.
Yet, the 3.2 minute video buffers about 5 times.
