The Plex bulk download extension worked effortlessly on my computers for quite a while. But about a year ago it no longer worked. Now, when I choose the extension (to download all tracks from an album) the extension pop up window reads “requesting album info from server…” and nothing happens. I have deleted and reinstalled the extension a number of times. Any ideas?
