Plex cannot connect sercurely

Hi,

I have set up a new plex server on a newly bought NVIDIA shield. When I try and set up the server on the web brower I am constatly getting the message below

app.plex.tv is unable to connect to "SHIELD Android TV1 " securely

I have had some advice on another forum to ask a plex exployee to “reset your server cerfiicate”

Would it be possible to do this as I am told this will fix my problem. I have tried everything else on your support page and nothing seems to work. I am told the problem may be with the SSL server on their side that hands out certificates.
