Plex cannot find online subtitles when {tmdb-id} is in filename

Not sure if this is the right thread but as the title states if naming files using tmdb-id, no subs are found and if found they are usually the wrong ones. e.g
To replicate;
Perform subtitles search
Movie Title (2000).mkv → Subs found
Movie Title (2000) {tmdb-696969}.mkv → No subs found
So I always have to erase the tmdb section when performing searches which is frustrating.
