Plex Channel Mapping Incorrect

Server Version#: 4.43.4
Player Version#: browser on server computer
Tuner Make/Model: Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD (Model 1651xx-1/2)
Guide/Lineup name: Standard guide from Plex
Using XMLTV?: Don’t know
Channel number/Name: 31.1 Fox, Denver

Plex is somehow mapping channel 31.1 to 14.1 on my server. I know this is a Plex issue because when I use Hauppauge’s WinTV app channel 31.1 comes through correctly. In Plex, if I try to watch or record channel 31.1 it always displays or records channel 14.1.

In Manage Channels for both tuners, it shows that it is mapped correctly.

How do I troubleshoot and fix this?

Update:

This problem goes away when I delete one of the Hauppauge tuner sets. When I do this the problem goes away. Add the second pair of tuners and the problem comes right back.

Suggestions on how to resolve this?

I’m running on two tuners now instead of 4…
