Plex Chromecast issue with new update

CPU - I7 7600k
PMSVersion 1.18.8.2527-740d4c206
Platform - Windows Server 2016

Just updated to newer version (I was about 3 versions behind because usually when i update stuff breaks) Anyways updated to new version and i cant hear any audio through my chromecast. It worked last night with the same video with no issues. I can hear on other devices just fine no issues. I looked through my logs and saw that the server is recognizing the device but still not playing any audio. Any help or guidance on this? Really starting to not trust these updates anymore, just breaks my server.

Reloaded back to version 1.18.5.2309-f5213a238 and have no issues with sound and logs are the same as far as audio goes. Maybe im not looking in the right logs but not sure what the issue is here, devs?

Not only affecting chromecast apparently;
I had to revert from 1.18.8.2527 to the previous version myself.
I was getting consistent freezing within ~5mins of playing any video.

Using Plex App on Nvidia Shield.
