Plex client for Apple TV 4K. Error with Playback on one account, plays fine on another?

Has anyone encountered this problem? When playing certain videos, including ones that were already played on this particular Apple TV the previous day, it errors out or it behaves like the video ended and is queuing up the next episode to play. But when I switch to a different user everything works fine. The videos also play fine from the imbedded Roku app on my smart TV. Other Apple TVs in the house and also on the Nvidia Shield Pro. Some work, some don’t. All mkv files, no discernible pattern with resolution, audio, subtitles on or off, seemingly completely random.

I also have recently started having problems with some files on my Apple TV 4K. I can play them with no issue on my computer and my phone, but I just get the spinning circle when I try to start playback on my Apple TV.

The server is running 1.43.0.10492-121068a07.

I was able to get it to work by turning off automatic conversion but it’s still a mystery to me why it would play previously then not all of a sudden. Unless the client app updated automatically and I didn’t realize it

Yeah, I also tried Infuse on the Apple TV and it worked no problem.
