I now have Amazon Cloud but when I filled in the form, I said that I did not have Amazon Cloud. Is there any way to update my application for Plex Cloud? Hopefully I get the invite tomorrow as I am looking forward to using Plex Cloud

There’s no way to update your previously submitted form. There’s also no guarantee if or when you’ll get the actual invitation. Resources of the beta are limited and, as published in the past few days, had some technical challenges. I would recommend you give the press announcements a read and possibly reevaluate any plans you may be making.

OK, thanks for your reply. I read the press releases and wanted to see if there was a way to update the form. Hopefully, I will get the invite - fingers crossed - so I can try it all out during the holiday season.
