Plex Cloud shut down nov. 30?

Im somewhat confused on this shut down thing whether it will or will not effect my Plex experience.

My Plex use is fairly basic…
I store my files on a local external storage device so I can access them from my local computer attached to my TV.

My off site usage is restricted to one person sharing my library, streaming over the internet.

I do not store files on Dropbox or any other non local server .

QUESTION:

So will the up coming shut down of Plex Cloud on November 30 have any effect on my Plex use given that my use is mainly all local and there is no cloud storage involved?

It looks like you are not using Plex Cloud at all.
So there won’t be any changes affecting your use of Plex.
