i am unable to get access to the photos stored in a Google Drive folder using Plex Cloud.
I already tried to delete and recreate the library, with smaller folder and all, but still struggling :
the system tells me it is scanning, getting metadata and all, but I only get black thumbnails in every view, the Photos section only show black thumbnails with the timeline showing everything on 1 january 1900 .
The online folder intended to be displayed in Plex Cloud is perfectly accessible, contain data perfectly displayed in Google Photo (date, location, and pictures have zero problems).
Can anybody help me with this problem ?
Music folder is working fine.
