Your issue is unrelated to plexconnect. Your atv2 is running out of memory and causing it to reboot due to the file you are using. My guess is it is a very high resolution file or non native container and when transcoding which I assume it is, the atv2 runs out of memory and causes the black screen and reboots since it runs out of memory. This is a hardware limitation and there isn't much you can do besides using lower resolution files or a native container like .mp4 for example so it wont transcode. The atv2 only has 720p output so I would only use 720p files on it or expect reboots from time to time if using a non native container that that may require transcoding which in turn cause your crash/reboot since it causes more memory usage.ATV is of the 2nd generation. So far it only seems to happen with one file (I checked everything but the file...) so I'll first try whether different files do work. It's a high definition, 3.5 gb version of a one-hour episode, but this never seemed to be a problem before. I'll see whether different episodes have the same issue, and I'll report back!
