Yes I have it running on Mavericks the setup was exactly the same as on Mountain Lion just follow the wiki on how to install on OSX

You might also want to check with version of Python is installed and report that as well
I don't think that we can handle any support for PlexConnect on OSX 10.9. Not now... :-D

working here on GM as well, but buffering a lot with MKV files. Does anyone know if there is a settings file I can play with. I can live with less quality if football games would run smooth. thx!
