Plex constant ~30% CPU usage

Plex is constantly using ~30% CPU usage.
I have tried unistalling/ reinstalling and downgrading to 1.15.1.710-ece95b3a1 and 1.15.3.876-ad6e39743. Still having CPU usage problem.

Can someone please advise a possible solution for this problem?

Server Version#: 1.15.4.919-8e2884e4b
Player Version#: Version 3.83.1

If your router has UPNP active it may be tying up one of your CPU’s. Simple enough to check, just disable on the router and restart.
