Plex Constantly Appearing Offline

Player Version#: Varies (but should be up-to-date)

My server often appears offline (both local and remote) to sometimes all, sometimes only a few devices. For example as I write this, I can access my plex server (which resides at home) from my work desktop but cannot access it from my Phone (android) or the web-console on the server itself. This happens between 0.5-2 time a day. A reboot of the server usually brings it back up.

I generally use: Android app, Web app, Windows Desktop app, PS4 App, and my Friend’s TV app and embedded. All have had issues at one point or another.

Notes About Setup:
Ubuntu Server 18.04
IP: 192.168.1.65
Server Name: Holo-Vision
Plex data is on a separate drive which is symlinked
Transcode is a TempFS in RAM
All Media is on a NAS connected via a direct 1GbE nic on a private network connecting via NFS
Server is connected to the network/Internet via bonded dual 1GbE nic connection
Ports are manually forwarded on my Ubiquiti Unifi Gateway

Did you ever get anywhere with this? Am having a similar issue.

Unfortunately no, I thought it was fixed by an update, but after 2 Weeks of working it has gone back to cutting out randomly.

EDIT: I’m trying this: Plex Constantly Loses Remote Access I’ll update if it works or not
