Plex conversion failed. the transcoder exited due to an error

hello ppl,
I’ve just installed a fresh copy of plex in a docker of my home server (which is an i3-4130t 8GB Ram based on OpenMediaVault).
There is a bunch of movies that are giving me the error shown in the object.

Can you give me any advice?
