My server has been going down daily for the past couple weeks. Not sure why? What can I do to fix this? Attached are logs

No indication of a crash. Would need whole logs zip obtained after restarting the server as that would also have other logs for crash reporting
First make sure you have crash reporting enabled. See settings / server / general / show advanced
Suggest you run the server on latest beta which is 1.13.8
When you get a crash, restart the server, wait 5 minutes and then download the logs
