Plex dashboard not showing Friends usage

Hi,

I’ve added a friend to my server (not as a home user), and they’ve watched a few shows, however nothing is showing in the Now Playing section, or the Top Users section, (even though bandwidth is being used and I’ve had confirmation they are watching something at the time).

I’m currently running Plex 1.21.1.3830 (on a Synology NAS), and they are using the Android app on their Phone (running Android 10) casting to a Chromecast.

Am I missing something, or do I need a third party like Tautulli to track?

I use Tautulli and get all the stats I want, and then some!

yeah im in the same boat, even tautulli doesnt show them as well

I don’t think there is much anyone can do to check on this without server logs.
