Plex does not recognize the files in the folder

Plex does not recognize the files in the folder.
Given that there was already a folder created, I added other files and do not recognize them. So I deleted the folder and created another one and it shows me 0 files in the folder.
I updated Plex to the latest version, I can’t fix it.
Help me.

You haven’t provided much information to go on.

Please post: PMS version and the OS it’s installed on

Are you following the folder and filenaming rules? (See below). Do you have your TV Shows in one high-level folder and your Movies in a different high-level folder?

If yes, then please post exactly how your folders and files are named (a screenshot is fine but it must include ALL FOLDERS as well as the files).

Windows 10

“Freedom” inserts it by placing only a few bets and changes the title turning it into a cartoon

What type of Plex Library is Documentari in? The Plex Library needs to match the actual content of that folder (are those TV Shows found in http://thetvdb.com/ or Movies foundin http://themoviedb.com?)

They are documentaries

Yes but there are two types of documentaries.
Those that are just a single file (movie based) and those with multiple episodes (tv based.)

Could you find one of your documentaries that will not match on imdb and post the link to it?

How should I enter them?

OK, they are TV based so that seems ok that you have them in a TV based setup.
However, you really need to follow the naming guide linked above by @darcilicious

Specifically this one

Plex is extremely picky with file names AND folder structures for TV Shows.

Ok, I solved by changing plex folder.
Thanks!
