Trying to run prime ware and other unsupported apps. I can select apps but when I run them on os x and apple tv 4 they dont load or load for 10 sec and closes need help PLEASE!!!
Not all channels are supported on all devices/clients.
Do the channels run correctly from the plex/web on your MacBook Air ?
No they start loading but never actually load the movie. It seems to work with bring the popcorn but thats about it.
do I need VPN?
are you sure you can access the videos with out using plex as the plugin may not be able to access the video streams due to gelocation etc. also check the log files, this is located in different locations depending on the OS of the PMS on a mac its in Libary/Logs/PMS Plugin Logs/ then locate the log file to do with the plugin you are trying to use this should give you some clue in to what is going wrong.
