Plex does not work anymore

Since a synology dsm update, plex does not work anymore on my nas.
A new install in dsm even does not work.
This is the message i receive:
“Port 32400 which is configured for this package is used by another service
or reserved for system use. Turn off the service causing the problem
or contact the developer to change the configuration of the package”

Don’t know how to handle this. Is an issue for Synology???
Please help.

Reboot DSM
Remove the package
Reboot DSM
Install the package

If this fails, please provide a list of the other installed apps.
