Plex does not work reliably on TCL P20 TV’s. It is disappointing Plex advertises it works on this android TV. I bought this TV because of Plex and now I have a lemon. Direct play rarely works in DVR and never works in Live TV. Most things need to be transcoded and even then sometimes that doesn’t work. It complains container (avi) not recognised and playback halts. I have another LG webOS TV in the same setup and have none of these problems! You are letting people down Plex! If you can’t get Plex to work reliably on TV’s you should really stop advertising the app. Do you think Costco will let me return the TCL TV because your app doesn’t work? No. So make your apps work.
