Plex don't recognized a new aiff song

I buyed 4 songs on Beatport in aiff extension…but one of this is not recognized by Plex. Why? Some idea for solve this issue? Thanks.

Plex cannot read embedded meta tags from aiff.
Convert them into flac (which is also lossless). Verify the embedded meta data for completeness and accuracy.

I have converted the file in FLAC but the issue is always the same.

Meta tags are alright in this file.

Do you have “Prefer local metatags” activated (don’t change it, yet)

Either way, the file should live in a folder structure like this:

/Music <-- plex library is pointed here
   /Ian Carey <-- Album Artist
      / Keep On Rising (2010 Remixes) <-- Album Title
         ...         
         04 - Keep On Rising (feat. Michelle Shellers) (M.P.G. Remix).flac
         ...

All tracks of one particular album must have the same AlbumArtist in their meta tags.
Only the [Track] Artist can deviate.

Ok, thanks for help me. I don’t know how but now i can see the song in Plex.
I have checked the metatag and are all corrects…however Plex show me metatag wrongs.
I have edit these in Plex. Now seems all ok.
