I paid an access to Plex Pass to manage different users using my Plex Media Server.
Cause of this, I have many issues.
Other users can’t download the original files directly they have to sync it on a mobile device. The “Download File” button is not present on non-administrator users. Only the Sync button is present despite I have given access to Sync and Dowload to other Users. Moreover it’s impossible to sync through a Desktop Version of Plex you need to have a mobile device connected to the account.
Second thing, I paid for Plex Pass to Dowload files through my mobile Device. But only the sync button is available with huge transcoding time same when I select Original Version, Plex is transcoding. Without Plex Pass it was possible to Download Original Files using Yatse. Now, same with Yatse I can only Sync files and same with Original selected, Plex is trying to transcode.
I paid Plex Pass and it’s worst than before. I would like to recover Direct Original Files Download without transcoding on all my devices and all my users.
