HDHOMERUN Premium TV stuttering/buffering

Does anyone else subscribed to the HDHOMERUN Premium Live TV(Cable Channels) experience buffering when watching via PLEX? I have mine setup to obtain both the Premium TV and Channels from Local Antenna via a Silicondust HDHOMERUN Quatro. The weird behavior is that the channels coming from the Antenna all work fine without any buffering/stuttering but the Channels from the Premium TV buffer.
