PLEX DVR'd show not showing up in plex library (even though it is physically there)

Recently recorded SNL. It isn’t showing up in my library, even though refreshing my list. However, it did create the folder and I can play it directly from folder (using VLC, Or any other player that can do mpeg2). When I point to that folder within PLEX, it says “there are no items in this folder”. Tried rebooting, no luck. Suggestions?

Plex Version: 1.13.9.5456
Player Version: Web / AndroidTV / and iOS all exhibit this problem.

I am also having this problem, specifically with Saturday Night Live. Other shows recorded by Plex are just fine. For example, in the screenshot below, Modern Family and Saturday Night Live are both recorded via a HDHomeRun.
