I just wanted to thank you for Plex. I came across it in 2010 and bought the lifetime pass in 2015. It was a great way to stream my content to ipads, tvs and PC’s. I prob dont use all of the features, but it just works for me. Keep up the great work

Improved downloads in Plexamp will be coming in the future. The current limitation exists for technical reasons, so it’s not just a simple matter of bumping a number up a bit higher. It requires a significant re-think of how we’re handling downloaded media, but the good news is we’ve given that re-think a lot of thought. I haven’t got a timeframe to share, but just know that it will be coming.
