I’m probably in the minority here, but I’m going to ask… What about .nfo support? Would love to see that happen. I enjoy tagging all my movies and tv series my own way. I’m old school and like naming movies that makes sense to me, not what imdb, tmdb, tvdb or Plex wants it to be named. I know this can be done after the fact, but I much prefer using TMM for all the metadata, poster and fanart. And having the files in the same folder as my media makes for backing up and restoring everything much easier. Thanks!

While we don’t have a timeline for this yet, supporting local file metadata (likely with .nfo files) is definitely on our roadmap.
