I could not agree more! This is a huge area of focus for us and we are going to continue our efforts to prioritize making the Plex apps on every platform the best that they can be. Right now this is a top priority!
There isn’t anything here that I can argue with, so instead, I would prefer to generally agree with the points being made here. We need to do a better job in engaging and communicating with you and all of the rest of our users. I am guessing that for you as a PM you may understand my next comment better than most - but we will never make everyone happy. However, we can start doing a better job giving at least a response and where appropriate some context to help. This event is a start - but we still have a long way to go - and quite a few ideas to build on this event going forward to try and build on what is being started here!
No, thank you. This is how we get better through discourse like this, so you are helping more than you know. I am also not ignoring the final section, but we are listening and learning here and hope to keep improving to get to the point where we are not only talking about bugs and QOL, but also bigger picture and future roadmap plans!
