I was wondering if there has been any progress on multichannel support with AirPod Pros on iOS devices. It mostly worked for a short period when the new audio engine was released, but has since been disabled due to a TrueHD audio bug.

Multichannel support for AirPods and Atmos in DD5.1+ support would be great, as it’s really the only reason I switch to Infuse from time to time.

Hi @dklein I’ve actually been engaging with users on various tvOS playback issues in the forums recently, including the the new audio engine and the current spatial audio behaviour with it. I recently got AirPod Pro 2’s specifically for Plex content, so improving support for them is a personal priority. While I don’t have any major updates at the moment, I am actively investigating these issues and will keep you posted in the forum threads when there is something to share.
