I’ve been using Plex for over a year now on multiple Android devices with great success. I have an extensive television library (approximately 30 different series, all with multiple seasons) that are all organized under the same “Library”, but in different folders that are arranged by series name. Example: Library (folder) -> Series Name (folder) -> Season # (folder) -> Episode # in that season (file). On my android devices I quickly and easily find my desired series by selecting my “Media” folder, and then changing the view / sorting to “By Folder”. . . This works fabulously on Android, but it is not a feature that I can find when using Plex directly through my Android television (Sony XBR55X850C). Is there something that I am missing, or is this a feature that is not currently available for Plex and Android TV? I’m still finding myself using Plex on my phone and ‘casting’ it to my TV via Chromecast to be able to sort properly. I’d love if this option was supported directly through the television app!
