This is only a problem with 4k video on Mac OS . I have android devices, windows devices, a samsung smart tv, multiple remote users and a chromebook. They can all play, whether direct or transcoding, my 4k content. The TV is on wifi and plays all 4k content perfectly and the OS device is in the same location for wifi and has better speeds.
On the web player ( both experimental and not experimental, the video pauses momentarily throughout, seems like buffering but doesn’t say buffering.).
On the Mac player, it doesn’t pause the video and the audio plays fine this way, but the video is SUPER choppy.
Ios devices work fine.
I’ve read posts about issues with mac devices and windows 2019 servers. This is a windows 10 pro server. All the troublesome playback is local. Logs are attached. I’d love any help as the girlfriend is the mac user
