I have deleted and re-installed the app, but now Plex never loads for the PS3. The main screen shows for a few minutes, and then an error comes up. Plex used to work for PS3 a while ago, but it looks like a lot of people are having various issues.
Really sorry to hear that, unfortunately startup errors are extremely hard for us to track down, since we have no insight into what caused it not to start.
In a more traditional platform like PCs or phones we would write to a log file and ask you to send us the logs, but it’s not an options on TVs and game consoles.
We will try and see if we can come up with some ideas on how to make tracking issues like this easier,
I’m also getting this error. Says that plex failed to start, and a button that says “reset plex”. Pushing the button doesn’t help, and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Wondering if anyone has ideas on what to try next.
