Hey,
out of nowhere my plex app for Playstation 4 doesn’ work anymore. Everytime i start it, it takes ages until it just gives me an error that says: “Plex is unable to start due to an error”. It shows says that i should “resart” plex and there is a button for it. But nothing happens if i hit it - absolutely nothing. it is just stuck. what’s weird is, that if i push any other buttons on my ps4-controller a movie starts in the background. i can here the sound but i don’t see anything on the screen except of this error-message.
i am using a qnap server as my plex server. all Apps on my iphone, iPas and on my amazon fireTV are just working fine. it is just the ps4-app that gives me that error. i have restartet the server, the router, the ps4 and i deletetd and installed the app a couple times again - nothing works.
who is fimiliar with this problem and can help me out?
