FIXES:
- Do not use mp3 as a transcode audio target during video playback.
- Fix missing OSD titles for Live TV when playback is started from a hub.
- Fix flashing images on music playback screen.
- No hubs on home if only some providers were pinned.
- Ultra 4800: Fix pausing after using Instant Replay or Skip Intro (audio would continue with a black screen).
